Westchase Real Estate Round-Up

Wow!  It has been a VERY busy month in Westchase area real estate.  Below are the new listings to hit the market in the last 2 weeks and the homes that have sold during the same time.  I wanted to point out something that is not included in this list that I think illustrates how well the market is doing in this area.  Just in the month of March we have seen 54 properties go Pending.  That is an amazing number!  What is even more amazing is that 26 of those 54 pending homes went under contract in just 2 weeks or LESS!  Today, I was showing around some buyers and 3 out of the 6 homes I was going to show them already had contract on them.  Buyers, listen close...if you find a house you love and the price is right...don't hesitate!
