We all need a little help staying in shape throughout swimsuit season, and in Florida that means practically all year. There’s nothing like shiny, new accessories to make what used to be a dull trip to the gym just a little more exciting.

Fitocracy: Fitocracy is a fitness tracker and personal trainer. According to their app description, “Fitocracy motivates you and helps you succeed at fitness and level up in real life…Track your workouts, earn points, unlock achievements, beat quests, and slay the laziness dragon.” The app also hosts several workout routines. Fitocracy is free on iTunes and Google Play.

GAIN Fitness: Gain fitness offers users customizable ad interactive workout packs created by personal trainers. As described on iTunes, “GAIN's Cross Trainer app takes world-class trainers from different fitness modalities (bodybuilding, yoga, Pilates, interval training, circus arts, CrossFit, etc.), and places them conveniently in your pocket.
