Papaya is a tropical fruit and can be found at most grocery stores or produce stands this time of year. The papaya is full of vitamins C and E, plus an enzyme that helps naturally exfoliate and smooth your complexion.
Here’s an easy DIY papaya facial mask:
- Peel and remove the seeds from one papaya
- Chop & mix in a blender until smooth
- Smooth paste over your face and neck (avoid the eye area)
- Let set for 15 minutes
- Rinse with warm water
- Moisturize
