Snipe Signs

Snipes signs are everywhere and they have taken over the landscape of our towns.  They are ugly and trashy looking and they make our towns, streets and neighborhoods look like trashy junk yards.  Locals should be able to pick up these signs and throw them out. Hillsborough County has declared Snipe Signs illegal.  Do residents have the right to remove and discard the signs?
