New Paint Colors Approved For Westchase Homes
Additional rules were also added for those who are planning additions.
Curb appeal is a big issue when buying or selling a home, but it also goes a long way into making a neighborhood feel like home. The Westchase Voting Members approved a new color palette for the exterior of homes in Westchase at their meeting onFeb. 12.

There was also a new rule that allows a homeowner who recently added an extension or addition to their home to paint that new portion the same color as the rest of the house, according toWestchasewow.com.
