Westchase Soccer Field Closed For Improvements
The field will host a University of South Florida soccer camp in July.
Something is missing at Glencliff Park these days and it isn't sliding booards and swing sets.
The soccer field as we know it is no more. The field was dug up over the Memorial Day weekend break. But no need to worry, the field is undergoing a resurfacing. As a result it will be closed from May 30-July 1.
Every two years the field gets redone, said Sonny Whyte, office manager for Westchase's Community Development District.

And it's just in time. The University of South Florida is hosting a soccer camp at the Glencliff field from July 11-15.
Westchasers who need to get their soccer fix can head over to where there is a soccer field located.
