For individuals who aren't computer savvy, the Upper Tampa Bay Regional Library offers a free introductory course that focuses on the basics of computing. Participants will learn the main components of the system, its functions, and how to use them. In addition, there will be an overview of future computer based courses at the library. Due to limited seating, you must register in person.
