Thursday, Dec. 27, is Teacher Hero Day at Tijuana Flats’ locations. Throughout the day, teachers and professors can enjoy a free entrée on the house. There’s no purchase required for teachers to take advantage of the deal either.
“This is one small way we can say ‘thank you’ for the non-stop dedication, commitment, courage, and love teachers give to children and young adults on a daily basis,” the restaurant’s Facebook event notification states.
The appreciation day is a first of its kind for Tijuana Flats. It’s hoped to become an annual event.
To take advantage of the deal in the Westchase area, teachers and college professors can visit the store locally at 9520 W. Linebaugh Ave.
