Sonya, Foundations in Exercise instructor, teaches the proper way to exercise, how to strengthen your core and the safe progression of exercise in order to reduce the risk of injury and how to maximize your performance.
Sonya has a BS in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University; an MBA from USF; and was certified as a Personal Trainer by NASM.
