Bonnie Birdsall's popular Tai Chi class will be offered free at the library for the next two Wednesdays, June 20 and June 27. Tai Chi reduces stress and increases stamina, flexibility and alertness. This class accommodates students of varying capabilities, from those participating from a chair due to injury to those studying in preparation to teach. Birdsall modifies each movement to meet the individual needs of each student in this one-hour class. Bring a mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing.
