Health & Fitness

Do you know the difference between your fat weight and your lean weight?

Find your perfect balance of fat weight and lean weight.

To answer this question you have to know that each person has a fat weight and a lean weight. A person's fat weight and lean weight, combined, is their total body weight. If a person concentrates on cardiovascular exercise only, they will lose fat weight. If a person concentrates on strength training only, they will gain lean weight.

This is why your choice of exercise is so important. The exercises you choose will directly affect your fitness goals. Make sure you use your time wisely. Have an exercise routine and make sure you never let your body become accustomed to your intensity.  Your body is smart and stubborn. If it knows what is coming with regard to intensity, it will never change. Make sure you keep increasing your intensity level and shocking the body into change.
