I agree with Lori. I just fired them as well. Dr. Marks is just awful. Last time I was there to see him, I was in the waiting room and he was just standing outside of one of the rooms doing something on his Iphone( texting, or gaming) giggling the entire time while someone was waiting for him in the room. When the lady he was supposed to see before me left the office it was obvious that she was very upset. I had been waiting for 45 minutes for my appointment with him and I finally had it with their office. So I fired them! But not only because of that day. I've many issues with them. Their billing office is terrible, Susan the billing supervisor is the most inept and unprofessional individual I've dealt with. Milly, the midwife is a nice and kind person but she can't resolve anything. I had to ask for times for my prenatals and she couldn't get it right.
Also, very unhappy with the other doctors as well: Dr. Patel seemed like my questions about my pregnancy were a bother for her. The younger female doctor, she tries but, she has a lot to learn.
The only person worth it there was the nurse that was doing my ultrasounds, she was the only reason I kept going there. I hope she quits that job and finds a better one.

I just fired them! Dr. Marks made me wait over 1 hr while he went to lunch. I called the answering service from one of the rooms in a paper gown. When he came in (75 minutes later!!) he had the audacity to yell at me for calling!! I gave him one more chance and waited 30 minutes just in the waiting room last Thursday. I not so kindly told the girl at the front desk that Marks could stick it where the sun don't shine. I would never recommend this group!!
