I can appreciate the many reviews from people on Patch. I especially like to read the bad or negative reviews. I've often thought of creating a web site where anyone could easily post a review of any company so others can go there anytime to check up before one does business with the wrong people. A website where the persons involved can give rebuttals so others can hear or read both sides of the story. Most times I've found that businesses that are bad will not take the time right a wrong. They feel there are so many other suckers, er, customers out there that losing one here or there isn't going to matter. Boy, are they so wrong.
