Found my stylist at this salon and stayed with her for 5 years now, if she is too busy, I WILL wait she's worth it!!! Tells you everything she is going to do before she does is. Gives you multiple options, whether it's a cut, style, product, or prices. Sophie will open before reg. hours or stay after hours just to make my visit more convenient. Very professional!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Terrible cut.... looks like it was done by a set of hedge trimmers. The owner was clueless as to how to do the type of cut I had and wanted - I had pictures of myself after my last cut less than 2 months ago. I went in with a precision cut that just needed to be cleaned up and came out with an asymitrical mess... The Christopher guy sounds like a dream but the owner's skills are a nightmare.

I recently moved from New York and have been searching for a GREAT hair stylist. First I took my boys to get their hair cuts and Sophie did a great job cutting their hair. I then decided to get my hair done. I did highlights and also had my hair cut. I am very picky with hair stylists, but I can honestly say Sophie did a fantastic job! The color was just right and the cut was excellent. I would recommend Hair Matrix to others that are looking for a great place to go. Remember to ask for Sophie!
