Candle Light Vigil Planned For Slain Westchase Swim Coach
The former Westchase swim coach was killed last month.
The Westchase Community Association will hold a candlelight vigil for Coach Kelley Allen on Sunday, Nov. 11. The event takes place from 5 to 7 p.m. at Glencliff Park, 12292 Glencliff Circle. Allen spent years working for the Westchase Community Association as a swim coach. "Coach Kelly was a great coach and will be missed and remembered by myself and my two daughters on the swim team," wrote Chris Senior on Westchase Patch's Facebook Page. Allen, 49, was shot to death Oct. 28, along with his live-in girlfriend, Imari Shibata, also 49.
