The event will take place Saturday, Feb. 9, starting at 10 a.m. at Groomingdales Bed & Biscuit, 6416 Gunn Highway, Tampa, and will include low-cost vaccinations, pony rides, garage sale items, food, pet teeth cleaning and furry friends who need homes.
