A 22-year-old Tampa woman is accused of "violently grabbing" her ex-boyfriend's penis during a dispute Tuesday in Bradenton, the Manatee County Sheriff's office reports. According to deputies, Laquavia Sharelle Wallace came to her ex's residence in the 3500 block of 14th Street West to pick up their daughter. While there, the former couple got into an argument because Wallace wanted to rekindle their relationship, an arrest report states. The argument became violent, deputies said, when Wallace "grabbed (her ex-boyfriend's) penis with her right hand and began pulling on it," which caused him pain. Deputies say two men helped themselves to three stacks of Sean John clothing from the Westfield Citrus Park Macy’s.  Police are looking for two Bradenton men who they say have been peddling fraudulent cruise packages to unsuspecting victims. Dale Lucas, 25, and Todd Kelley, 22, have been passing themselves off as representatives of "a well known Internet site" and claiming they are authorized to sell cruise packages or travel related services, the Bradenton Police Department said Tuesday. Lucas and Kelley have been targeting locations along Manatee Avenue and Cortez Road in Bradenton, police spokesperson Capt. Warren T. Merriman said in a media release. OMG PD: Thief Steals Ice Cream, Car Burglar Trapped, Taco Bell Attack

Tampa police say someone broke into a South Tampa apartment and made off with a silver Dell laptop. Before leaving, the suspect also grabbed a few grocery items, too. In addition to the laptop, police say the suspect took two pounds of bananas, a gallon of milk, two cartons of eggs and a gallon of ice cream. The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office has arrested an 18-year-old suspect for vehicle burglary after he reportedly was caught in the act by a neighbor. A man on Lahania Drive in Sarasota called 9-1-1 at around 10:00 p.m. Tuesday to say that he and another man were holding the 18-year-old suspect inside a vehicle he had been burglarizing. OMG PD: Man Killed For 'Fornicating'; Teen Charged With Shooting Dad

A 70-year-old Brandon man faces a second-degree murder charge after deputies say he confessed to fatally shooting a man having sexual intercourse with his wife in the couple's home.  Ralph Lewis Wald, 70, was arrested after he called 911 and told a dispatcher with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office that he just shot the victim for "fornicating" with his 42-year-old wife.   Wald told authorities he had gotten up shortly before midnight Sunday to get a drink in the kitchen, when he saw the two in the living room having sex. Ward said he returned to his bedroom and grabbed his firearm, shooting the victim several times. A 19-year-old has been charged with shooting his father last week in Sarasota, police said Tuesday. OMG PD: Osprey Shooting, Marble Slingshots, Child Given Mushrooms

An osprey that was found shot in East Lake has had its injured wing amputated. The female osprey was found injured Saturday morning near the Pinellas Trail, just off East Lake Road and across from East Lake United Methodist Church. Ospreys are protected by Florida statute and federal law. A Tarpon Springs man has been accused of striking a doctor at Florida Hospital North Pinellas "three to four times" with his car after hitting the doctor in the face.   According to the arrest affidavit, 32-year-old Robert Ratliff began yelling at the doctor while he was looking at medical paperwork. He then hit the doctor with his open right hand, police said. When he left the hospital, the doctor followed. Ratliff then allegedly got into his vehicle and…

St. Petersburg Police have arrested and charged 22-year-old Robert Spalla with impersonating a St. Pete Fire & Rescue firefighter. Police say starting in November 2012, when one of his family members was in All Children's Hospital, Spalla began to pose as a firefighter at the hospital. Spalla would be seen wearing jumpsuits or T-shirt with "fire department type logos" on them, according to authorities. He claimed that he worked for the St. Petersburg Fire Department for the last five years. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a little help finding a woman they say used stolen credit cards to go on a shopping spree around Tampa, ultimately racking up nearly $12,000 in charges. The initial theft occurred between noon and 2 p.m. on Jan. 24 when someone stole three of the victim’s credit and debit cards and her driver’s license from her purse. The purse was sitting inside the woman’s office at Aston Gardens, 12951 W. Linebaugh Ave. A New Port Richey area man sent his ex-girlfriend nearly 240 text messages over the course of several hours Tuesday, according to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office. Two former employees of TradeWinds Resort are accused of embezzling more than $780,000 from the St. Pete Beach hotel, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday.   Detectives say the resort's former head of the information technology department and its ex-chief financial officer created shell corporations licensed with the state and embezzled hundreds of thousands of dollars from the resort through these made-up companies starting in 2007. Harold James, 46, and Sam Baage, 58, used the corporations to bill TradeWinds Resort for services it never received and embezzled a total of $782,018, which they used to lead "very comfortable lifestyles," the sheriff's office said. Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for a little help from Westchase area residents to a couple they say stole an $1,800 lounge chair from Westfield Citrus Park. Pinellas County Sheriff's detectives say a man robbed a Dunedin convenience store three times within the past month, including a Feb. 7 smash-and-grab burglary in which he allegedly took 100 scratch-off lottery tickets. A fingerprint lifted from a stolen lottery ticket helped link Palm Harbor's Trevor David Winsett, 24, to the robberies at Munchee's.  Detectives say Winsett gave the lottery tickets to his brother to repay a debt. Officials are searching for an inmate who escaped from the Tarpon Springs Work Release Center last Friday. Anthony Pruitt, 22, was last seen at the Brady Road facility around 8:30 p.m., The Tampa Bay Times reports, citing the Tarpon Springs Police Department. A search that included police dogs and a helicopter reportedly turned up empty. According to reports, Pruitt has been convicted of cocaine and marijuana possession, grand theft and burglary. A getaway vehicle wasn’t necessary for one Tampa thief.
