Here are some of the top stories posted this week on Westchase Patch. The grassroots event raises money for the local chapter of the American Cancer Society. A University of South Florida obstetrician is accused of telling a pregnant patient he’d call police if she didn’t report for a caesarean delivery immediately. According to the website, RiskMeter.com, Hillsborough ranks third in the list of the top 10 sinkhole-prone counties in Florida. Former Hillsborough County Administrator Fred Karl died March 7. The Westchase Rotary hosted their annual bike drive this Saturday at Flying Fish Bikes. Their goal was to collect 100 bikes, which would be donated to the Pedals for Power Ministry. Are you a Wendy's 5-piece fan? Well, it appears your order is now missing one nugget. It's part of the fast food restaurant's recent menu changes. Hillsborough County Sheriff's Deputies will now be on site at county elementary schools through the end of the school year, the district announced this week. One of Westchase and Citrus Park's favorite wine stores is closing at the end of January. Napa Flair announced to its customers via e-mail that the store is going out of business.
