Donate a Bike Get a Free Pizza This Saturday
The Westchase Rotary is hosting its annual bike drive this weekend.
Drive through Westchase neighborhoods and you'll see there's no shortage of children and adults zipping by on bright, new, shiny bicycles. But what about those kids who weren't able to get a bike this year? The Westchase Rotary wants to help them. On Saturday, Jan. 5 the Rotary is teaming up with San's Pizza and Flying Fish Bikes to hold its annual bicycle drive. People are asked to bring their old bikes (broken or fixed) to the parking lot of Flying Fish Bikes at 13034 Race Track Road between 9:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. "It's important because there are over 3,500 homes in Westchase that have bikes," said Christy Young, Rotary member.
