A look at the comings and goings on the Westchase business scene.
It's part cool man cave, part old school barbershop - straight razors and all. Rigby's Barbershop opened in Westchase in December. It's located at 11655 Countryway Blvd. The barbershop has a sleek modern edge, with flat screen televisions (always tuned to a sporting event), Craftsmen bar stools and industrial decor from the floor to the ceiling beams. "I wanted to provide a place where men could get a real haircut," Struble said. "We want to give the men the same experience women might get in a spa or salon, but we're providing it for a man." Let Patch …
