Jimmy Myers, Neighbor

My name is Jimmy Myers and I am the owner and head trainer at Art of Strength Tampa Bay.

My love for fitness began in my youth where I played football and baseball and competed in Judo and wrestling. I excelled in wrestling becoming a three-time collegiate All-American and still carry the discipline of the sport with me in my everyday life.

I love life, love fitness, and love God.
